Privacy policy
Short version: we do not use advertising or analytics cookies, and we only process the data you send us for the purpose you sent it.
Controller
CystoGuide, cystobact.eu. Contact: contact@cystobact.eu.
What we process
- Technical logs (IP address, browser, time) processed by our hosting provider Cloudflare to deliver and protect the site.
- Order forms on catalog pages: your name and phone number are forwarded to the partner network and seller of that product so that they can call you and deliver your order. We keep a short technical record (up to 7 days) to prevent duplicate orders.
- Emails you send us, to answer you.
Partner links
Order buttons for Cystobact and some other products lead to the seller’s own order page. Data you enter there is processed by the seller under its own privacy policy.
Cookies
We do not set advertising or analytics cookies. The browser’s session storage is used only to limit how often our information window appears.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you may request access, correction or deletion of your data and object to processing. Write to contact@cystobact.eu. You may also complain to your national data protection authority.
